Essential oils used for balancing the Sacral Chakra:

The Sacral Chakra is connected to creativity and sexuality. When this chakra is open, you can experience a good connection with your creativity and intuition. You can be open to affinity and can be passionate as well as outgoing.

When your Sacral Chakra is closed or out of balance, you can be unemotional, or at the other extreme, you can be sensitive and emotional all the time. Also, when this chakra is out of balance, you can feel creativily blocked. Physically, you can experience allergies, loss of weight and constipation.

A simple meditation for balancing the Sacral Chakra:

  1. Sit cross-legged, in a chair with your feet planted on the ground, or lay down.
  2. Lay your hands on your lap or at your sides with your palms facing up.
  3. Close your eyes.
  4. Take a deep breath, hold, count to four, and slowly exhale.
  5. Concentrate on the Sacral Chakra which is located in your lower abdomen.
  6. Visualize a orange ball of light spinning clockwise in your Sacral Chakra area.
  7. See the light expanding and cleansing your Sacral Chakra.
  8. After some time, reduce the size of this ball to fit within your lower abdomen area.
  9. Continue this meditation for as long as you feel necessary.
  10. Do this meditation regularly to experience more creativity and balanced emotions.
